WHAT IS IT?

The Customer Care Program is designed to help successful dealerships grow their business by improving customer satisfaction and using it as a marketing tool.

The program has four major principles:
  • Homeowner Google Review process to measure and validate the level of customer satisfaction on every job.
  • Training tools and programs to enable dealers to improve their level of customer satisfaction, improve lead generation and management and grow their business.
  • Marketing support to generate leads and promote the dealer’s status as a Customer Care dealer committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Business discounts that are afforded to Customer Care dealers to help them succeed in their business.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

$2000 if signed up by January. Prorated if sign up is after January.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

  • Dealers will receive their welcome packet via email in approximately 2 weeks
  • Opt out of LPM by January 31 if applicable
  • Make sure Google Reviews is set up
  • Set up service radius in Dealer Locator profile
