Our Driver/Warehouse team is the heart of Shearer Supply. Members on this team ensure orders are pulled and staged correctly, load and unload orders, and deliver orders with Shearer’s fleet of 100 company vehicles. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Each Shearer location has a team of counter sales reps that field calls, texts, and emails from customers and inputs their orders while providing quality, consultative service. Shearer’s Counter Reps ensure orders are received and pulled accurately and timely, pitching company promotions & programs where appropriate. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
At each Shearer location is a Branch Manager that oversees the team and branch operations. BMs are tasked with training and developing team members, maintaining a safe and organized working space, creating customer value with superior customer service, and increasing branch margin and sales. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Shearer Territory Manager is an outside sales role tasked with developing an assigned book of business and maintaining long-term customer relationships with HVAC contractors. Individuals in this role create customer value through a consultative approach and sell our customers more than just a unit with a price tag.
